The X-ray diffraction measurements have been performed over a temperature range of 25-2000C in Cs2TCNQ3 single crystals. The anomaly, which is expected from the behavior of the inter-radical electronic transition band, has not been observed over the temperature range of the measurement. In particular, the change of the magnitude of the slip distance in the TCNQ- dimers, which determines the intensity of the the inter-radical transition band in (NMe4)2TCNQ}3, is very small in the present substance. These results suggest that the temperature dependence of the intensity of inter-radical transition band must arise from other origins.
