RECENT DEVELOPMENT IN TIME OPERATOR IN NON-RELATIVISTIC QUANTUM MECHANICS: POSITIVE OPERATOR VALUED MEASURE APPROACH

Abstract
This paper describes the development in time operator in non-relativistic quantum mechanics. The discussion is focused on constructing time operator from positive operator valued measure (POVM), yielding time operator which is not necessarily self-adjoint and which depends on the Hamiltonian of the physical system under consideration. Moreover, this paper includes recent views concerning time operators in non-relativistic quantum mechanics.
