Parallel computation is a concept of accelerating execution of a program by dividing the program to some sub program which will be executed in parallel by each processors in the cluster. The concept has basic idea that the computation program which is executed by n-processors may run faster n-times compared to the one which is executed by a single processor. Cluster is an low-cost alternative of hardware architecture for parallel computation, which can be built from mass-produced PCs unlike MPP (Massive Parallel Processors) which requires higher specifications. Cluster is preferred choice for small-budget research. This paper describes the preparation and development stage of a mini open cluster which will be opened to public over the internet. This paper will not discuss in details the configuration of software support like OSCAR. The reader can read the related references in details. Added value for this cluster is the ability to reach out the potential user through web because usually cluster is intended for closed private network with limited outside access.
