BROADBAND SECOND HARMONIC GENERATION OF OPTICAL FREQUENCY COMB USING SELECTIVE PHASE_MATCHING METHOD IN POTASSIUM TITANYL PHOSPHATE

A broadband second harmonics generation from short optical pulse output of optical frequency comb generator using selective phase-matching in Potassium Titanyl Phosphate (PTP) was experimentally studied. A 6 THz span of SHG comb was generated from 4 THz fundamental combs, while the 2 THz SHG was generated when using conventional technique with same crystal.
