Abstract
We have investigated electromagnetic properties of neutrino dipole moment ($\mu_{\nu}$) and charge radius ($R$) through neutrino-electron gas interaction in the energy range between 10 MeV and 200 MeV and using various $k_F$. The result indicates that for low energy and very dense matter, the electromagnetic effect seems to be quite significant.
